4. Account & fund management

• Management services are provided only under a signed written agreement.
• Client funds remain in the client's own broker account; ShafiqForex does not accept withdrawal rights.
• Profit share is calculated on net new profit above the high-water mark, as stated in the agreement.
• Clients may end the arrangement under the notice terms in the agreement.

5. Signal subscriptions

• Subscriptions give access to the private signals channel for the period paid.
• Sharing or reselling signals is prohibited and may lead to removal without refund.
